Muhamed Farooq is the Market Center Tech Trainer at Keller Williams Lakeside, providing technology training and support to agents of all production levels. With a background in engineering and advanced technology systems, he brings a structured yet approachable style to helping agents navigate Command, SmartPlans, and the ever-growing suite of KW tools. Known for breaking down complex tech into simple steps, Muhamed makes learning both accessible and practical. Outside of work, he enjoys experimenting with new AI tools, trading crypto, and reminding everyone that “yes, restarting it really does fix most problems.” His goal is to make sure the only thing crashing in the office is the pot of coffee.
