In 2018, Jon founded Forward Focused Inc., a venture offering performance coaching, consulting, and leadership development services to aspiring leaders and business owners across various industries and educational sectors. Jon is happily married to his wife Hallie, and together recently welcomed their first child, Gemma Belle Reusch, into the world.
